We can also say that, a person who can satisfy the basic psychological needs of his followers can also be an effective leader. A leader must have average character .There are no perfect people, but for a leader to be considered good, they must have a character that is unquestioned within the organi zation. Leadership always draws critique from someone, so a leader may not be able to get everyone to believe in him or her, but the people who exist the leader best should trust the leaders character. In a nutshell, a good leader must be trustfulnessful to his class members and activities. This in turn, will result in an atmosphere of assurance among the followers.
